Set in a historic and solid 200 year-old building, the apartment is stylish in design -mixing rich velvet textures and retro chic with contemporary touches. The front of the building features two pretty wrought-iron verandas with plants that branch out over the cobbled street of restaurants and charming boutiques below. Inside has lots of natural light, high ceilings and mahogany wooden flooring. You really feel you’re in Lisbon!
There are two spacious and comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed and quality mattress. One of the bedrooms is quiet at the back of the building. The apartment encompasses all the facilities of a comfortable abode. The fully equipped kitchen has a large fridge, microwave, toaster, cooker and a breakfast table.
The living room is an inviting and lovely space. There is also a TV, DVD Playstation and sound-system. The chaise-lounge can sleep a fifth person.

Prices
70 euros per night for 2 people (low season), 80 euros per night for 2 people (high season, July and August)
90 euros per night for 3 people
100 euros per night for 4 people.
If the sofabed is required for a 5th person, the price is 115 euros per night.
Cleaning fee is 50 euros. Bedlinen and towels included. Unlimited high-speed wi-fi is included.
Minimum stay is three nights. 10% discount: for stays of 7 nights or more. Standard arrival 15:00, departure 11:00. Smoking is allowed, no parties!
